TRACTION BATTERY

We provide a full range of services for equipping electric vehicles with lithium-ion traction batteries, which feature high energy capacity and power. The batteries have a built-in temperature control system that allows them to operate within a wide temperature range from minus 35 to plus 40°C, while flexible design options allow to vary the energy capacity of traction batteries from 40 to 500 kWh.
Produced batteries can be used in passenger electric cars of various types: hybrid, powered only by electric battery, running on hydrogen fuel cells and others. They can be installed on passenger, commercial, or cargo electric vehicles and can be integrated into the vehicle platform at the design stage.
In 2025-2026, the first giga-factories for production of energy storage devices for electric transportation will launch in Kaliningrad Oblast and in New Moscow. The total production capacity will be 8 GWh, which is equivalent to equipping with batteries about 100 thousand electric vehicles every year.
ELECTRIC TRANSPORT DEVELOPMENT
Development of a new electric mobility trend in the Russian regions implies a comprehensive ap-proach, which includes a phased transition to electric vehicles and development of the charging infrastructure. The transition project involves representatives from the region, battery and electric vehicle manufacturers, infrastructure operators, equipment suppliers and local businesses.
The comprehensive proposal includes
- installation of electric charging stations, which we perform at our own expense under agreement with regional authorities
- obtaining electric vehicles (passenger, passenger, cargo) by the region from the automobile manufacturer on favorable conditions
- GR-support for the electric mobility promotion in the region in terms of receiving and applying existing subsidies from federal authorities
INTEGRATED ELECTRIC DRIVE

The integrated electric drive comprises an electric motor, gearbox and control system (inverter) in a single housing. In today's automotive industry, this is the most demanded configuration of an electric powertrain. Compared to design scheme with separate units, our technical solution ensures up to 20% reduction of unit weight and up to 30% reduction of cost.
Parameters of the integrated electric drive with transverse layout cover the most demanded types and classes of electric vehicles: passenger car segment (all-wheel and two-wheel drive), light commercial vehicles, electric buses, especially those of extra small and small classes. The power of our electric drives ranges from 37 to 150 kW/h.
BATTERY SWAP

Spacial stations with automatic replacement of traction batteries. We are currently working on a project to create a network of specialized stations where charged traction batteries will be stored. A vehicle with a replaceable battery can quickly replace a depleted battery with a charged one. The client shall only pay the cost of electric power per a special tariff.
ELECTRIC CHARGING HUBS

We propose construction of electric charging hubs for 5-10 “fast” electric charging stations, which can be located in places with high traffic: city parking lots, transport and transfer hubs, parking lots near supermarkets, airports, business centers and railway stations, car parks near catering and leisure facilities. The customized design will ensure the best possible integration into the landscape.
